Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapy License (or in process under the 60-day rule)
- Previous SNF experience preferred; mentorship available for recent graduates
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver effective OT interventions for SNF residents
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Complete documentation and records management in Net Health, maintaining facility standards
