Travel Occupational Therapist | Shasta Lake, California

In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team within a reputable hospital Rehab unit, gaining exposure to a range of therapy practices and innovative leadership approaches. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to expand their resume, sharpen their clinical judgement, and adapt to diverse workplace settings—all while working within a supportive environment that values your growth.

Schedule:

• 4 x 10-hour shifts: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Active California OT license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
• At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Open to first-time travelers ready for a new challenge

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations in a hospital-based rehab setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including PTs, SLPs, and aides, under the guidance of a supportive manager
• Chart patient progress using Cerner EMR
• Participate in scheduled rotations, including every third weekend and selected holidays
