Schedule/Hours:

  • 36–40 hours per week; overtime eligible after 40 hours
  • Every Monday orientation
  • Summer holiday coverage required: 1–2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
  • NBO: 16 hours

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with hospital experience
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR is preferred
  • Ability to float within discipline across nearby campuses as needed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Active contributor to interdisciplinary care teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate occupational therapy to a diverse patient base
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to plan and implement therapy interventions
  • Thorough documentation in EPIC EMR
  • Adapt to various campus settings and patient needs as required
  • Participate in charge/preceptor duties if applicable
