Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation every Monday
• NBO: 16 hours
• Expect to work 36–40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours
• Required to work 1–2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• May be asked to float within the same discipline at nearby campuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Occupational Therapy services in a hospital environment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design and implement care plans
• Accurately document using the EPIC EMR system
• Take part in on-call rotations and occasional charge/preceptor duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Proficiency with EMR (EPIC experience is a plus)
• Flexibility to float locally and cover assigned summer holidays
