Deliver impactful care by supporting patients as a hospital Occupational Therapist. This contract opportunity provides exposure to a variety of clinical environments, as you will float between multiple hospital sites. Flexibility is highly valued, with shift schedules accommodating both weekday and weekend preferences to ensure excellent coverage and work-life balance.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts each week
  • Two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts required
  • Floating between multiple hospital locations
  • Flexibility available on shift assignments to suit personal needs

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous hospital-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to different practice settings quickly and effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Commitment to high standards of patient-centric care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions for a diverse hospital patient population
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with discharge planning and patient education for optimal recovery
  • Travel between assigned hospital sites as needed to ensure patient needs are met
