Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Flexible shifts available to accommodate your needs
• Will float between Herrin, Memorial, and St. Joseph’s hospital campuses

Qualifications/Experience:

• Current and active Occupational Therapy license
• BLS certification required for all locations
• NIHSS certification required for most areas
• ACLS certification required for ICU, PCU, Step Down, Med/Surg, and Emergency Departments at Herrin, Memorial, and St. Joseph’s
• PALS and TNCC certifications required for Emergency Departments at Harrisburg, Herrin, Memorial, and St. Joseph’s (as applicable)
• Advantageous to possess CSU-ALS for ICU roles at Memorial
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a variety of hospital environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient-centered care plans
• Flexibly float to multiple facilities, gaining broad experience across acute care, rehab, and medical-surgical settings
• Accurately document patient progress and interventions in line with hospital standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in patient care
