Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS may be required or preferred depending on the department
• Experience in hospital-based therapy is highly desirable
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float across different hospital sites
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality occupational therapy services across acute care, rehab, and med/surg settings
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
