Make a meaningful impact by providing occupational therapy services in a hospital environment. This contract opportunity focuses on supporting patients during their recovery journeys while collaborating with a skilled multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to each patient to restore or improve daily living skills.
  • Document patient progress, adjust therapy approaches as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Educate patients and families about adaptive techniques, exercise programs, and helpful resources.
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Follow hospital policies, regulations, and best practices for quality therapy delivery.

Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous hospital-based occupational therapy experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt care plans to meet diverse patient needs.
  • CPR certification may be required.
