Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations and design personalized therapy programs for outpatient clients
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress, needs, and physician directives
• Offer expert guidance to therapy staff on discipline-specific interventions
• Document clinical findings, care plans, and outcomes in a clear, timely manner
• Educate patients, families, and students, fostering a positive learning and care environment
• Uphold standards for personal appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
• Promote a safe environment by adhering to rigorous safety standards and proactively preventing workplace hazards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain state licensure and meet all continuing education requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current PT license (or eligibility) in New Jersey
• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings is highly desirable
• Strong commitment to patient and staff safety
• Excellent communication skills and passion for education
• Ability to excel independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
