Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Recent experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of therapy treatment planning, goal setting, and documentation
• Commitment to high standards of safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice
• Strong communication skills to educate patients, families, and team members

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Update and modify therapy interventions to meet patient goals and physician instructions
• Oversee therapy services, ensure compliance, and facilitate functional patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with policy and regulation
• Encourage a safe environment, identifying risks and adhering to safety protocols
