Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician directives
- Oversee and delegate therapy services, ensuring functional, goal-oriented programs for community reintegration
- Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues
- Thoroughly document assessments, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and clinic policies
- Prioritize patient and employee safety, upholding all clinic protocols regarding safe patient and materials handling
- Participate in student supervision, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
- Pursue ongoing professional development and incorporate new knowledge into practice
- Maintain professional licensure and adhere to state and organizational standards
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives by providing constructive feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
