Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician directives
• Oversee and delegate therapy services, ensuring functional, goal-oriented programs for community reintegration
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues
• Thoroughly document assessments, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and clinic policies
• Prioritize patient and employee safety, upholding all clinic protocols regarding safe patient and materials handling
• Participate in student supervision, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
• Pursue ongoing professional development and incorporate new knowledge into practice
• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to state and organizational standards
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives by providing constructive feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
