Your role will focus on providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic outpatient setting:

Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment; schedule and shift details provided during screening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that support functional recovery and return to community activities.
  • Deliver therapy services aligned with physician direction and patient goals, updating plans as needed.
  • Delegate and guide discipline-specific therapy interventions to support staff for assigned patients.
  • Serve as an educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students; participate in student education programs.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
  • Document all care accurately and promptly in accordance with clinical and legal guidelines.
  • Foster patient and employee safety across all aspects of care, upholding best practices in safety and infection control.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to implement evidenced-based interventions and adjust to individual patient needs.
