Advance your career in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation center, supporting patients on their journey to recovery in a dynamic, multidisciplinary therapy team. Work in a newly opened, 41-bed facility furnished with cutting-edge equipment, including a full IADL kitchen and vector unweighted system, designed to promote the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8-hour shifts
  • Flexible start/stop times for treatments
  • Rotating weekends

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Acute inpatient rehabilitation experience or neuro specialty preferred
  • Familiarity with equipment such as ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer devices, gym apparatus, and vital sign monitors
  • Proficient with Meditech Magic EMR (or quick to learn new EMR systems)
  • Excellent teamwork skills, adaptability, and hands-on approach to patient care

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and tailored therapy treatments, including gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, and caregiver instruction
  • Carry a treatment load for up to 6 hours per shift, ensuring patients meet their required daily therapy minutes
  • Collaborate with a robust interdisciplinary staff of PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs to deliver holistic rehabilitation services
  • Track and document therapy time/charges accurately to support compliance and optimal patient progress
  • Utilize new technologies and equipment to enhance patient mobility, independence, and functional outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive environment where professional development and patient-centered care are prioritized
