  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a hospital outpatient clinic within the past 3 years
  • Demonstrated expertise in pelvic health therapy, with the ability to function autonomously in clinical decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and compassionate, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently evaluate and treat patients requiring outpatient physical therapy, including those with pelvic health needs
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to individual patient goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
  • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and progress in patient records
  • Educate patients and families on treatments, exercises, and at-home care
  • Maintain best practices in safety and infection control within the clinical setting
