Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
• Ability to engage in professional growth and development plans
• Excellent communication for patient, family, and interdisciplinary education

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment strategies suited to patients’ goals and needs, following physician directives
• Delegate and supervise discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
• Design and implement treatment programs that support effective community reintegration
• Educate patients, families, students, colleagues, and yourself on therapy practices and patient care
• Adhere to rigorous standards for documentation, personal appearance, attendance, and clinic guidelines
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and uphold the highest ethical standards
• Participate in organizational and performance improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing patient outcomes and clinic goals
• Actively contribute to student learning and clinical development
