Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment
Professional Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Design and deliver functional programs to maximize patients’ ability to return to community activities
- Delegate and direct therapy services to support staff as appropriate
- Document goals, patient progress, and insurance requirements accurately and timely to meet compliance standards
- Actively participate in organizational safety initiatives; maintain awareness of patient and employee safety in all activities
- Serve as a resource and educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering a positive learning environment
- Support and model organization’s mission, core values, and code of conduct while upholding high professional and ethical standards
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities through ongoing education and organizational participation
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Outpatient and hospital-based experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, and communication skills
