Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment

Professional Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Design and deliver functional programs to maximize patients’ ability to return to community activities
• Delegate and direct therapy services to support staff as appropriate
• Document goals, patient progress, and insurance requirements accurately and timely to meet compliance standards
• Actively participate in organizational safety initiatives; maintain awareness of patient and employee safety in all activities
• Serve as a resource and educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering a positive learning environment
• Support and model organization’s mission, core values, and code of conduct while upholding high professional and ethical standards
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities through ongoing education and organizational participation

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility)
• Outpatient and hospital-based experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, and communication skills
• No-fear approach to learning, adapting, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
