Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey
• Prior experience in hospital-based therapy (outpatient or acute care preferred)
• Knowledge of compliance and confidentiality standards

• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services, delegating and directing as appropriate

• Educate patients, families, and peers; actively participate in professional development
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and legal standards
• Model and promote safety practices and organization-wide initiatives
• Participate in mentoring and training students when needed
