Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience (no new graduates)
• Skilled in working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Proficient in NextGen documentation and case management
• Comfortable with 12–13 patient visits per day and 25–30 active cases
• Experience completing fall risk assessments and addressing a broad range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative care

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses: both operative and non-operative
• Manage a dynamic caseload focused on delivering high-quality therapy services
• Complete thorough documentation and contribute to interdisciplinary care plans
• Assess and mitigate fall risks, applying best practices for patient safety
