Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive therapy services for orthopedic and neurological conditions including ACL tears, back pain (post-op), carpal tunnel, and total joint replacements
• Conduct thorough assessments including fall risk evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize NextGenCase management systems to ensure patient progress and documentation compliance
• Adhere to business casual dress code and uphold professional standards at all times

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ years of hospital-based experience (no new graduates considered)
• Proven capacity to work independently with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Comfortable managing an active, varied caseload
