Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid and current physical therapy licensure (or eligibility) for Texas
  • Demonstrated competency in hospital or outpatient physical therapy, with clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to evaluate patients, develop and adjust care plans, and delegate therapy services as appropriate
  • Strong written and verbal communication for documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Commitment to patient and staff safety in all activities
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional growth, including mentorship and continuing education

Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans in line with physician directives
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and clinic guidelines
