Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist
  • Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital-based therapy setting preferred
  • Commitment to professional ethical standards and ongoing development
  • Strong clinical documentation and evaluation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and patient/family education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Delegate and direct therapy services to assigned patients
  • Educate patients, families, and colleagues in therapy goals and safe practices
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical documentation
  • Adhere to safety, regulatory, and organizational compliance standards
  • Contribute positively to student mentoring and participate in performance improvement initiatives
