Key Qualifications:

  • Current, valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Experience in hospital or outpatient settings preferred
  • Ability to independently evaluate, develop, and implement patient-centered treatment plans
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct
  • Keen attention to patient and employee safety, with proactive adherence to safety practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in alignment with physician guidance and patient goals
  • Direct and delegate therapy services with a focus on functional, community-based outcomes
  • Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and informed care environment
  • Provide timely, accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and clinic policies
  • Participate in professional development, competency-based learning, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Uphold regulatory standards and clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and workplace safety
