Schedule/Hours

• Full-time, travel assignment
• Initial placement at the Chelsea location, transitioning to Revere in July

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and establish evidence-based plans of care
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient instruction for optimal functional recovery
• Collaborate with patients and families, setting and documenting clear therapy goals
• Accurately complete documentation and billing by day’s end
• Supervise physical therapist assistants per policy and regulations
• Participate in ongoing process improvement and quality initiatives

Desired Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Bachelor’s (PT) accepted for licensure prior to 2016
  • Master’s (PT) or Doctorate (DPT) preferred or required for more recent licensure
• Valid Physical Therapist license and BLS certification
• 1–2 years hospital, rehab, or ambulatory experience
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic physical therapy
• Proficiency with EMRs, strong communication and organizational skills
