Schedule/Hours
- Full-time, travel assignment
- Initial placement at the Chelsea location, transitioning to Revere in July
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and establish evidence-based plans of care
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient instruction for optimal functional recovery
- Collaborate with patients and families, setting and documenting clear therapy goals
- Accurately complete documentation and billing by day’s end
- Supervise physical therapist assistants per policy and regulations
- Participate in ongoing process improvement and quality initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Bachelor’s (PT) accepted for licensure prior to 2016
- Master’s (PT) or Doctorate (DPT) preferred or required for more recent licensure
- Valid Physical Therapist license and BLS certification
- 1–2 years hospital, rehab, or ambulatory experience
- Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic physical therapy
- Proficiency with EMRs, strong communication and organizational skills
