Schedule/Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday: 10:30 am–7:00 pm
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 am–4:30 pm
• No major holidays, no weekends, no on-call shifts

Qualifications:

• Current MA Physical Therapy License required
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Preferred: 2+ years of outpatient PT experience
• Excellent patient handling and transfer techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective as a team player with robust time management abilities
• Self-directed, flexible, and adept at multitasking

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions in an outpatient hospital setting
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitative processes and home exercises
• Accurately document all treatments and patient progress
