Schedule / Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
• No weekends or major holidays

Qualifications / Experience

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an outpatient/clinic care setting
• Proficiency with patient handling and transfer techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Strong time management, flexibility, and ability to multi-task
• Self-directed with a commitment to high-quality care
• Work attire: scrubs or business casual

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to diverse patient populations
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to optimize patient progress
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Uphold best practices and maintain a patient-centered approach
