Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and current PT licensure (or eligibility) in Maryland
- Outpatient or hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
- Commitment to patient and employee safety
- Adherence to high standards of personal conduct and attendance
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician input
- Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective return to community activities
- Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students, fostering a collaborative care environment
- Complete clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation in compliance with state, federal, and clinic-specific guidelines
- Cultivate a safe clinical environment with vigilant attention to all aspects of patient and employee safety
