Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid and current PT licensure (or eligibility) in Maryland
• Outpatient or hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
• Commitment to patient and employee safety
• Adherence to high standards of personal conduct and attendance

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients and design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician input
• Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective return to community activities
• Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students, fostering a collaborative care environment
• Complete clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation in compliance with state, federal, and clinic-specific guidelines
• Cultivate a safe clinical environment with vigilant attention to all aspects of patient and employee safety
