Working as a travel physical therapist here means active engagement with a diverse healthcare team—directors, lead therapists, PTAs, and more—in a bustling 42-bed inpatient rehab unit. You'll encounter a wide range of patients and state-of-the-art technology, broadening your expertise while developing your adaptability and professional flexibility.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift, 8-hour shifts
• One weekend per month, with weekdays off to balance scheduled hours

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based inpatient physical therapy for orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and med/surg populations
• Conduct therapeutic exercises using treatment beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, and exercise bikes
• Use Meditech EMR for comprehensive patient documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating compassion, critical thinking, and excellent time management

Required Qualifications:

• Valid BLS certification
• At least one year of current acute care, inpatient rehab, or skilled nursing facility experience
• Familiarity with hospital physical therapy procedures and treatments
• Ability to cover varied day shift hours
• Must wear grey scrubs (no unacceptable attire per facility standards)

Preferred:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Strong teamwork and patient care orientation
• Tech-savvy and passionate about delivering high-caliber care
