In this role, you'll benefit from exposure to diverse therapy practices, collaborative leadership, and innovative approaches to rehabilitation, particularly in pediatrics. With a flexible schedule of four 10-hour days, you’ll have long weekends to explore local attractions, outdoor adventures, and the surrounding scenic landscapes.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (8 am – 6 pm)
  • Flexible patient scheduling and occasional blocked time for evals and documentation
  • Minimum 36 hours guaranteed; opportunity for up to 40 as needed
  • Minimal weekend on-call, no holiday requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado PT license and BLS certification required
  • Pediatric therapy experience (outpatient focus preferred)
  • Comfortable treating a range of diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic cases
  • Ability to assist with occasional inpatient acute needs
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality pediatric therapy services in a mostly outpatient setting, with potential for early intervention cases
  • Coordinate patient care within a supportive interprofessional team
  • Manage a daily caseload of 8–10 pediatric patients
  • Utilize specialized resources such as a warm water therapy pool
  • Participate in a week of orientation and collaborate with a dedicated leadership team
