In this role, you’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses. Strengthen your expertise working with a diverse patient population—cases span from ACL tears to post-operative joint replacements and chronic pain management. Key Details:
- Schedule: 12–13 visits/day
- Caseload: Active roster of 25–30 patients
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions for orthopedic, geriatric, and post-surgical cases
- Conduct comprehensive fall risk assessments and maintain thorough NextGen case management documentation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, tracking progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare personnel to ensure optimal patient care
- Uphold a professional business casual appearance in accordance with facility standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a hospital or clinical therapy setting (new grads will not be considered)
- Strong experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Familiarity with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
