In this role, you’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses. Key Details:

• Schedule: 12–13 visits/day
• Caseload: Active roster of 25–30 patients

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions for orthopedic, geriatric, and post-surgical cases
• Conduct comprehensive fall risk assessments and maintain thorough NextGen case management documentation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, tracking progress and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare personnel to ensure optimal patient care
• Uphold a professional business casual appearance in accordance with facility standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a hospital or clinical therapy setting (new grads will not be considered)
• Strong experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Familiarity with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
