Schedule/Hours

• Flexible start time: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Outpatient department open Monday–Thursday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Friday (8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
• Weekend shifts required

Qualifications

• Current, valid Arizona Physical Therapy license (required)
• Experience working in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred
• Proficiency with EMR documentation—ReDoc & MedHost experience is a plus
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Examine and assess each patient to develop tailored treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to reduce pain, restore mobility, and prevent disability
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
