Travel Physical Therapist in Bullhead City, AZ

Schedule:

• Day shifts: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Outpatient hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Weekend shifts required

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona physical therapist license
• Experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems (ReDoc & MedHost) is beneficial
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

Responsibilities:

• Examine and evaluate patients to develop effective care plans
• Apply evidence-based therapy treatments to reduce pain, enhance movement, and restore function
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, management, and overall wellness
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment as needed
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and interdisciplinary medical staff
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR system
