Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current PT licensure in the state of Illinois (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills in acute care therapy services
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient engagement abilities
• Commitment to following all compliance, documentation, and billing protocols

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and personalized plans of care
