Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapy (PT) license in applicable state
- Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical reasoning and treatment development
- Strong commitment to patient and employee safety
- Active pursuit of ongoing professional development
- Ability to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and establish, modify, and implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician directives
- Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services
- Design effective, functional treatment programs for return to community activities
- Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers
- Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and organizational core values
- Participate in performance improvement and ensure safe practice in all daily activities
- Provide supervision and learning opportunities for students when appropriate
