Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy (PT) license in applicable state
• Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical reasoning and treatment development
• Strong commitment to patient and employee safety
• Active pursuit of ongoing professional development
• Ability to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients and establish, modify, and implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician directives
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services
• Design effective, functional treatment programs for return to community activities
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers
• Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and organizational core values
• Participate in performance improvement and ensure safe practice in all daily activities
• Provide supervision and learning opportunities for students when appropriate
