As a valued member of the therapy team, you’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals to deliver individualized assessments and therapeutic interventions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with current state credentials
  • Previous experience in an inpatient or acute care hospital setting
  • Ability to develop and modify patient-centered treatment plans
  • Skilled in documentation for medical records and insurance purposes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based care and continuing education

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine therapy needs
  • Design and implement tailored treatment strategies for rehabilitation and mobility
  • Monitor and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility aids, and post-discharge recommendations
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policy and regulatory guidelines
