Schedule:
- Full-time assignment, daytime outpatient hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, designing and modifying treatment plans as patient needs and provider direction require
- Lead, delegate, and supervise all PT-specific services for assigned caseloads
- Create functional rehabilitation plans to maximize patient independence and safe return to community activities
- Accurately document evaluations, goals, progress notes, charge entries, and all required reports in a timely manner
- Promote a safe clinical environment, identifying and reporting any concerns
- Educate patients, families, colleagues, students, and yourself, fostering an environment of learning and professional development
- Participate in student training programs and actively seek continuing education and professional growth opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active PT license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Hospital or outpatient experience is highly desirable
- Commitment to delivering superior quality care while embracing collaborative, values-driven work culture
- Solid understanding of safe patient handling, infection control, and worksite safety best practices
