Travel Physical Therapist in Clementon, NJ

A skilled physical therapist is needed on a contract basis to provide therapy services in a hospital setting. Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience providing therapy in an inpatient or acute care hospital setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide patient education
• Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Current CPR certification required
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver patient-centered therapy sessions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and adaptive techniques
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to achieve optimal therapy outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to maximize recovery
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
