Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and physician directives.
- Delegate and coordinate therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional, effective approaches to rehabilitation.
- Maintain clear, timely, and compliant medical documentation, including goals, assessments, and billing entries.
- Emphasize patient and employee safety through adherence to organizational safety standards and initiatives.
- Participate in student education by providing supervision, learning objectives, and evaluations.
- Engage in continuous professional development aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards per discipline-specific codes and state practice acts.
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts and provide input to enhance clinical services.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with applicable state licensing board.
- Proven ability to evaluate and manage outpatient physical therapy patients effectively.
- Strong knowledge of documentation standards, insurance protocols, and clinical compliance.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and teamwork.
- Experience or willingness to participate in student clinical education preferred.
