Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear, timely, and compliant medical documentation, including goals, assessments, and billing entries.
  • Emphasize patient and employee safety through adherence to organizational safety standards and initiatives.
  • Participate in student education by providing supervision, learning objectives, and evaluations.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with applicable state licensing board.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and manage outpatient physical therapy patients effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation standards, insurance protocols, and clinical compliance.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and teamwork.
  • Experience or willingness to participate in student clinical education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
