Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, developing individualized treatment plans and goals advancing patients safely toward community reintegration.
• Diligently complete medical record documentation—goal writing, quality assessments, letters of medical necessity—complying with regulatory and clinic standards.
• Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring highest standards of patient care and safety at all times.
• Educate patients, families, students, and co-workers to support rehabilitation and foster a collaborative care approach.
• Serve as an advocate for patient and employee safety, with attention to handling techniques, regulatory protocols, and work environment risks.
• Participate in and support student programs, providing guidance, supervision, and formal evaluations.
• Pursue professional development, setting clinical objectives and pursuing continuing education to enhance skills.
• Uphold discipline-specific State Practice Act requirements and adhere to all professional codes of conduct.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid PT licensure in good standing, meeting state-mandated education requirements.
• Experienced in outpatient/acute rehab settings (preferred).
