Travel Physical Therapist - Courtland, VA

This opportunity is based in a busy outpatient clinic with possible coverage in a small med/surg unit and same-day surgery (total knees). You’ll typically see 7-8 patients a day, gaining broad exposure to both outpatient and inpatient care, ideal for expanding your clinical acumen. You’ll enjoy the Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, with on-call duty every fourth weekend for inpatient support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate preferred)
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of VA
• Active CPR certification
• Specialty certifications (e.g., OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health) are a plus
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Assess and modify treatment plans for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on progress, care, and discharge planning
• Maintain documentation, pre-certification/authorization, and compliance standards
