Travel Physical Therapist - Courtland, Virginia

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On call every 4th weekend for inpatient coverage

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate preferred)
• Current, active Physical Therapy license in the State of VA
• CPR certification required
• Specialty certifications (e.g., OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health) are a plus
• Experience in hospital and/or outpatient settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy services for patients across the continuum of care
• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize functional outcomes
• Assess progress using standardized and non-standardized tools
• Provide education and discharge planning to patients and caregivers
• Actively participate in clinical education and community fitness/wellness initiatives
• Maintain professional development through ongoing education and peer collaboration
