Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior outpatient or hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to patient needs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:
