Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Prior outpatient or hospital therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills
• Commitment to professional ethics and state regulatory compliance
• Experience with or willingness to participate in student training programs a plus

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create tailored, functional treatment plans
• Modify programs based on goals, progress, and physician input
• Oversee therapy services delivered to assigned patients
