• Deliver therapy interventions in accordance with physician directives and established standards of practice
• Practice hourly rounding and implement service excellence standards to optimize patient satisfaction and safety
• Demonstrate compassion, respect, and sensitivity to ensure a supportive environment for patients and families
• Follow protocols for the safe use of equipment and adherence to infection control and safety guidelines
• Apply best practices in caring for patients with various needs, such as central lines, catheters, pressure ulcers, and those at risk for falls
• Take an active part in departmental operations, including serving as charge nurse when assigned
