In this role, you will deliver high-quality, individualized physical therapy services in an outpatient hospital setting. Engage with forward-thinking healthcare professionals, gain hands-on experience with progressive treatment methods, and build connections that further your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop tailored treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives
  • Implement, adjust, and modify therapy plans to ensure effective patient progress and safe return to community activities
  • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services to assigned patients
  • Provide patient, family, student, and staff education to enhance understanding and promote optimal outcomes
  • Complete accurate, concise, and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and state/federal guidelines
  • Adhere to patient and employee safety protocols—including safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and hazard reporting
  • Maintain professional standards and fulfill ongoing state-mandated education requirements
  • Participate in mentorship of students and active professional development plans

Qualifications:

  • Valid PT license in MA (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred
  • Commitment to superior care quality and patient safety
  • Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
  • Desire to pursue ongoing professional development and education
