Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure and good standing to practice physical therapy in the state of NJ required
• Previous outpatient or hospital-based PT experience preferred
• Strong understanding of patient safety, care transitions, and regulatory guidelines

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans in line with patient needs and physician direction
• Manage, delegate, and direct therapy services for assigned patients
• Design functional, patient-centered treatment programs supporting community reintegration
• Document care with accuracy and timeliness using approved clinic formats
• Promote safety for both patients and staff; uphold rigorous personal appearance and attendance standards
• Provide education to patients, their families, and staff; participate in student supervision and program development as assigned
