Deliver expert physical therapy services in a dynamic hospital setting supporting adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This contract role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload averaging 25 active patients, with daily visits between 8 to 10. You will utilize comprehensive assessment techniques, including fall risk assessments and physical therapy evaluations, while treating diverse orthopedic conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, osteoarthritis, and post-operative care for total joint replacements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Manage case load efficiently using electronic health records (NextGen) and productivity tools.
  • Apply evidence-based orthopedic therapy interventions for conditions including fractures, back pain, and tendonitis.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery and outcomes.
  • Maintain professional case management and documentation in compliance with standards.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapy license and credentials to practice in a hospital environment.
  • Preferably 1+ years of clinical experience; new graduates considered.
  • Proficiency in orthopedic therapy, post-op rehabilitation, and patient screening.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of 25+ patients.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and productivity expectations.
  • Business casual dress code adherence.
