Provide expert physical therapy services to orthopedic and neurological patients in a dynamic hospital setting, delivering individualized care with a focus on achieving measurable patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for assigned patients using clinical data and interdisciplinary communication.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans aligned with Physical Therapy Practice Act standards.
  • Recognize and address additional patient needs through sound clinical judgment, coordinating further testing or interventions as needed.
  • Regularly reassess patient progress to update goals and therapy plans effectively.
  • Select and facilitate the use of appropriate therapeutic equipment while involving patients and families in the process.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) in the state of Texas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Experience working with orthopedic and neurological patients is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, day shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Early closure on Fridays with a flexible option to make up time Monday through Thursday.
