Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with physician directives.
• Delegate and oversee therapy services across disciplines for assigned patients.

• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current good standing.
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably in hospital or similar healthcare setting.
