A physical therapist is needed to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address patient goals and physician guidance. This role includes delegation and direction of therapy services and the design of functional programs to support timely return to community activities. Responsibilities also include educating patients, families, students, and colleagues, as well as performing various professional duties related to patient care and therapy program development.

Key responsibilities include completing thorough patient evaluations, creating precise medical documentation, including treatment goals and progress notes, and ensuring all care is delivered under valid physician orders and within insurance guidelines. The therapist will also participate in student supervision as appropriate, foster a safe work environment through adherence to safety protocols, and maintain professional licensure and compliance with state practice acts.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Licensure and certification in Physical Therapy as required by state regulations
