Schedule/Hours

• Day shift available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating weekends

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced unit and function independently
• Professional, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient-centered therapy in a hospital setting
• Conduct comprehensive, 1.5 hour treatment sessions
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team conferences
• Document thoroughly using the Meditech system
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code (light gray scrubs)
