Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Rotating weekends

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in treating patients in inpatient rehab or skilled nursing settings (IRF/SNF experience preferred)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently
• Experience with Meditech documentation system is a plus

Typical Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy during extended 1.5-hour treatment sessions
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment, such as treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness, and BITS systems
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Follow facility dress code: light gray scrubs
