Travel Physical Therapist - Fort Mohave, Arizona

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Friday
• Weekend shifts required

Contribute your expertise in an outpatient hospital environment, supporting patients in their journey toward restored mobility and better health. You'll manage a diverse caseload (typically 9-11 patients per day), develop individualized treatment plans, and become proficient with top electronic medical records systems, EMR ReDoc & MedHost. Working alongside seasoned PT colleagues, you’ll further refine your skills, expand your clinical knowledge, and add valuable, varied experience to your resume.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona physical therapist license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in hospital or outpatient settings strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and patient education skills
• Proficiency using ReDoc & MedHost EMR systems is a plus
• Flexibility for weekend and varied shifts
