Schedule/Hours:

• Outpatient hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am–1:00 pm
• Additional shifts available: 7:00 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–5:00 pm
• Weekend shifts required

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop tailored treatment plans for patients, promoting mobility and pain reduction
• Deliver outpatient therapy services, seeing approximately 9–11 patients daily
• Implement programs to prevent loss of mobility and improve overall wellness
• Document patient care and progress efficiently using ReDoc & MedHost EMR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and learning from seasoned colleagues

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapy license issued by the State of Arizona
• Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based therapy
• Knowledgeable in the use of electronic medical records, preferably ReDoc & MedHost
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
