Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Flexible scheduling—set your own patient appointments
  • Minimum 36 hours/week guaranteed, with the ability to pick up to 40 hours as needed
  • Occasional weekend on-call (very infrequent)
  • No holiday coverage required

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid CO Physical Therapy license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Pediatric therapy experience required
  • Experience with patients presenting developmental delay, autism, torticollis, orthopedics
  • Willing to assist with early intervention and occasional acute inpatient duties
  • Must be available in-state for a week of orientation (modules may be remote)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation and therapeutic interventions—primarily outpatient pediatric cases (8–10 patients per day)
  • Work with developmental, orthopedic, and neurologically diverse pediatric populations
  • Collaborate with a supportive rehab team, including a pediatric PTA and OTR-supervisor
  • Utilize department resources, including a warm water therapy pool
  • Ensure timely documentation during blocked schedule hours
