Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position; specific schedule provided upon assignment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility).
  • Clinical competency and experience providing therapy in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Strong clinical evaluation skills and ability to design focused treatment plans.
  • Commitment to patient and employee safety, upholding confidentiality, and adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as a team player.
  • Participation in ongoing professional development and student mentorship is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that facilitate patients’ return to community activity.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.
  • Provide direction and delegation for all therapy services related to assigned patients.
  • Educate patients, families, students, and peers in therapy approaches and safety practices.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the workplace.
  • Support and participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
