Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and active PT licensure, eligible in Kentucky
- Previous hospital or outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Demonstrated skill in developing and modifying individualized treatment plans
- Strong commitment to safety, ethical practice, and continual professional development
- Effective communicator, able to educate patients, families, students, and staff
- Adherence to high standards of documentation and compliance with policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and implement patient-centered therapy plans
- Delegate and provide direction for discipline-specific services

- Ensure timely, accurate documentation per state and clinic guidelines
- Educate patients and families about therapy processes and home care
