Physical Therapist | Franklin, North Carolina

Experienced Physical Therapists are sought for a rewarding contract opportunity focused on outpatient orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. This role is designed for skilled clinicians passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation dates available throughout the year (specific upcoming dates include January 1 & 19; February 2 & 16; March 2 & 16; April 6 & 20; May 4 & 18; June 1 & 15; July 6 & 20; August 3, 17 & 31; September 14; October 5 & 19; November 2 & 16; December 7)
• Assignment duration: Contract, with potential for extension

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapy license (PT), in good standing
• Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and neurologic therapy preferred
• Previous work in a hospital setting is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• A patient-centered mindset, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to maximize patient mobility, function, and quality of life
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, therapy team members, and support staff
• Accurately document patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation programs and injury prevention strategies
