Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics and neuro therapy preferred

Schedule:

• Contract position with scheduled orientation dates throughout the year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients in outpatient ortho and neuro settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on established protocols and patient goals
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to promote functional independence
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and progress accurately in accordance with facility standards
• Educate patients and families regarding exercises, mobility strategies, and home programs
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Support the mission of high-quality, person-centered care with every patient interaction
