Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, Saturday–Wednesday

Qualifications:

• Active CA Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum of one year of home health experience
• Strong documentation and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and complete start of care visits, with next-day mandatory reporting
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as required
• Ensure clinical notes and documentation are submitted within 48 hours post-visit
• Maintain open and prompt communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff
• Remain generally responsive during normal business hours
• Flexibility to expand territory as needed
