Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Saturday–Wednesday
Qualifications:
- Active CA Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Minimum of one year of home health experience
- Strong documentation and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and complete start of care visits, with next-day mandatory reporting
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as required
- Ensure clinical notes and documentation are submitted within 48 hours post-visit
- Maintain open and prompt communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff
- Remain generally responsive during normal business hours
- Flexibility to expand territory as needed
